What is the difference between authenticity verification and product-code check?
Use REPART Product Authenticity Verification to scan the security label on the product. Use Verify the Product Code when you have a product code to look up. Both tools return results from their verification platforms, not from this website’s checkout.
What if the code is invalid or already queried?
An invalid, missing, or previously queried code can mean the label is damaged, the code was entered incorrectly, or the part may not be genuine. Try the matching checker again, then contact REPART with photos of the label and the code so we can help confirm it.
Why does the checker ask for camera permission?
The verification platforms may use the camera to scan a security label or QR code. Camera access is requested by the checker, not by Shopify checkout. You can still type a code if the tool allows it, or open the checker in a new tab.
What if the checker does not load?
Some browsers or networks block embedded tools. Use the Open authenticity checker or Open product code checker button to open the official page in a new tab.
Can I buy parts on this page?
