REPART Supports Argentine Technicians with Training on Part Pairing Solutions

REPART joined forces with its Argentine dealer to sponsor a hands-on training event for local repair professionals. The gathering brought together nearly 60 technicians from across the region, creating a lively space for learning, exchange, and skill development.
Showcasing REPART's Latest Products

As the exclusive parts sponsor, REPART showcased a wide range of its latest solutions, including iPhone screens, iPhone batteries (supporting IC transfer), battery cells (designed to remove the “unknown part” message with BMS transfer), iPhone front glass, iPhone screen bezels, iPad batteries, and iPad screen digitizers. The dedicated REPART stand became an important stop for participants, offering them the chance to see and discuss innovations tailored to the repair industry’s evolving challenges.
Tackling Apple's Part Pairing Challenge

One of the biggest topics highlighted during the event was Apple’s part pairing policy, which continues to affect repair businesses worldwide. With the release of iOS 18, users can now run Repair Assistant to complete pairing after replacing certain components—but this feature remains limited to OEM parts. While diagnostics-compatible aftermarket screens and batteries are gradually emerging, their performance is still inconsistent and vulnerable to system updates. For this reason, IC transfer for screens and BMS transfer for batteries remain the most reliable solutions available to repair professionals.
Hands-on Training with Real-World Applications

The training sessions addressed these challenges directly. Expert instructors guided participants through advanced processes such as IC testing and replacement, reballing, True Tone programming, and EEPROM/BMS transfer for batteries. Many attendees remarked that the live demonstrations provided practical answers to real repair obstacles they face every day.
Competitions and Raffles to Engage the Community
To keep the atmosphere engaging, the day also featured a reballing contest where four technicians competed under time pressure, judged on precision and cleanliness. Winners received a professional micro-course valued at $250. Six raffle rounds added further excitement, with prizes ranging from REPART screens and batteries to branded mugs and glassware.
Positive Feedback and a Strong Connection
The mix of product showcase, technical training, competition, and community interaction left participants with both new skills and deeper confidence in handling complex repairs. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the importance of having aftermarket solutions that address part pairing issues effectively.
Building the Future of Repair Togeth
For REPART, the event was more than just a training—it was an opportunity to connect directly with the Argentine repair community and reinforce its mission of supporting technicians with reliable products and practical knowledge in the face of an evolving repair landscape.
